What Data Can Be Deleted

  • All WhatsApp conversations and message history

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: WhatsApp Message Send a message to our WhatsApp Business number: +31 6 44841252. Include: "DELETE MY DATA" and your full name.

Method 2: Email Request Send an email to: support@wannercashcow.com Subject: "Data Deletion Request" Include:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • WhatsApp number (if different)
  • Specific data to be deleted (or "all data")

Method 3: Online Form Visit: https://wannercashcow.com/ and complete the data deletion request form.

Method 4: Written Request Mail to: FeelGoodCommerce LLP, 32 Kinburn Street, London, SE16 6DW. Attention: Data Protection Officer.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletions:

  1. Identity Verification

    • Confirm ownership of phone number/email
    • Provide additional verification if requested
    • Answer security questions if applicable

  2. Request Confirmation

    • We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
    • Verification may take 1-3 business days
    • You'll receive confirmation when verified

Processing Timeline

Standard Requests

  • Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours
  • Processing: 5-15 business days
  • Completion Notification: Within 24 hours of completion

Complex Requests

  • May require up to 30 days for complete processing
  • We'll provide status updates every 7 days

Verification of Deletion

Upon completion, you will receive:

  • Confirmation email/WhatsApp message
  • Summary of data deleted

Appeals Process

If you believe your deletion request was improperly handled:

Automated Deletion

We also automatically delete:

  • Inactive accounts after 1 year
  • Marketing data after consent withdrawal
  • Temporary files and logs regularly
  • WhatsApp conversations after 6 months (unless retained for legal reasons)

Third-Party Data

For data shared with third parties (including WhatsApp/Meta):

  • We will request deletion from service providers
  • Some data may be subject to their retention policies
  • We'll provide information about third-party contact if needed
