De levering van digitale inhoud die niet op een materiële drager is geleverd, voor zover de uitvoering is begonnen met uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande instemming van de consument en de consument heeft verklaard dat hij daarmee afstand doet van zijn recht van ontbinding. Als de consument toestemming heeft gegeven om met de uitvoering van de overeenkomst te beginnen en daarbij heeft verklaard afstand te doen van zijn ontbindingsrecht, heeft de consument geen ontbindingsrecht. De uitvoering van de overeenkomst zal bestaan uit het downloaden van de betreffende content en voordat deze download kan worden gedaan dient die verklaring dus te worden afgegeven.

Elke kennisgeving door een eigenaar van het auteursrecht of een persoon die gemachtigd is om namens hem op te treden die niet voldoet aan de vereisten van de DMCA, wordt niet beschouwd als voldoende kennisgeving en wordt niet geacht FeelGoodCommerce LLP feitelijke kennis te geven van feiten of omstandigheden waaruit inbreukmakend materiaal of handelingen zijn duidelijk. Als u te goeder trouw gelooft dat er ten onrechte een kennisgeving van inbreuk op het auteursrecht tegen u is ingediend, staat de DMCA u toe om een tegenbericht naar FeelGoodCommerce LLP te sturen. FeelGoodCommerce LLP Copyright Agent voor kennisgeving van claims van inbreuk op auteursrecht of tegenmeldingen kan als volgt worden bereikt: support@wannercashcow.com Deze overeenkomst is bindend voor en komt ten goede aan FeelGoodCommerce LLP en onze respectieve rechtverkrijgenden, opvolgers, erfgenamen en juridische vertegenwoordigers. Noch deze Overeenkomst, noch enige rechten hieronder mogen worden overgedragen zonder de voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van FeelGoodCommerce LLP. Niettegenstaande het voorgaande kunnen alle rechten en verplichtingen onder deze Overeenkomst vrij worden overgedragen door FeelGoodCommerce LLP aan een gelieerde entiteit of een van haar volledige dochterondernemingen. /STATE] en elk geschil zal worden onderworpen aan bindende arbitrage in Londen, Verenigd Koninkrijk.
